How Can chest Tightness And Rapid Heart Rate be Treated?
My wife has had COPD for 15 years. Her lung capacity is less than 25%. She has difficulty breathing well enough to take in her nebeulizer drugs (3 different drugs done twice daily). Lately she has been experiencing chest tightness, rapid heart rate (100 - 110 bpm), and Sat rates as low as 88. Also her ankles and feet are swollen.
